Ongoing Support

Emotional and practical support to the person in transition at a critical time, as well as during the re-structuring process

For the duration of the contract, the person in transition will have a safety net. This is a service where individual needs have to be taken into account and a tailor made programme prepared. A holistic approach to career transition is most effective because it provides long term strategies that can be used again and again to deal with any future changes or obstacles in a professional life.

At the time of the announcement, the person in transition will be given the opportunity to make an appointment with a designated career transition coach, to assess their needs and how they can be met. A provisional programme will be outlined and agreed. Working in partnership with the person, emotional support will be offered combined with practical tools to facilitate ownership of a long term job search strategy.   Individuals will be challenged and encouraged to move out of their comfort zone.   We are there to support a person through the thought processes required in order to change direction.
