Assessment

Self assessment of talents, values and transferable skills

The person in transition will be given strategies and support to help them align their professional and life goals, as well as encouraging them to identify their transferable skills. We can't stress enough that this basic discovery work is the foundation and key to our methodology. They will be coached in ways where they can best market their transferable skills, perhaps even to a different sector or function. Coaching support will also be offered to help negotiate any barriers that impede progress, which could be either practical or emotional. It unlocks preconceived and fixed ideas.

Psychometric testing as applicable

For candidates who seem to struggle with the process of self assessment, the appropriate psychometric tests can be undertaken.
