Hansar
is a member of the international Association of Executive
Search Consultants (AESC), with Headquarters in New
York and Brussels, and we strictly adhere to its ethics
and code of conduct. We take an active part in AESC's
effort to develop the executive search profession.
The
Association of Executive Search Consultants, Inc. (AESC)
founded in 1959 represents retained executive consulting
firms worldwide, establishes professional and ethical
standards for its members, and provides information
to the profession, the media, and the public in the
field of executive search.
The
AESC Mission is:
to
define, establish and promote high ethical and professional
standards for executive search consulting; to broaden
public understanding of executive search consulting
and the contributions of member firms to the advancement
of the profession; to help member firms build their
professionalism; to advocate on behalf of the interests
of member firms and support legislation that upholds
the goals of the profession; to represent the interests
of members on key public policy issues; and to provide
a forum for members to share information and work together
to advance the interests of executive search.
